Write an Material Weather Android application

I'm looking to replicate an android weather app that is already in the app store:

- Please install this application, and review before posting.
- We will be using that app as the functional spec and guidelines.
- If you are a design, your own material designs are welcome.
- I am looking to replicate ALL of this apps features, but with also a dark material design UI, as well as the light material design UI.
- This app must use the latest material design guidelines from Google.
- The app will be data driven via the [login to view URL] API (we will supply API key)
- The app will include Google Admob integration.
- The UI will be for both phone and tablet, see playstore screen shots.)
- My budget is about $300 USD
- Please post any material design apps you have created already.

Android Package name for all code will be our own. i.e com.company.appname
Support: Bug fixing will be supported, for as long as crashes are being reported by app users from the Play Store and from our Crashlytics/fabric.io crash reports. There should not be a time limit on this support, for as long as no more crashes are reported from live users.
