Write an Android application

Hi, I need a mob app in 7 days with just details of email id, mobile contact no, picture gallery , a small box for veterans to introduce themselves, which get added and a facility for push notifications. A veterans reunion is coming up and i want to gift this on that occassion. Facility to upload video for use by members of the group is also welcome, if that is possible. You can decide on any other addon that does not significantly change my needs.

I will provide pictures for the gallery, logo pic etc., as also the file of email id and mobile nos as existing now with me. But the app should have a facility for other veterans to add their name, mobile no and email id as also introduce themselves in a small box.

Free mob app builder sites can be used for the completion of this project as long as there are no ads.
