I need an iPhone/iPad app. I would like it designed and built. I am looking to design an app that is made to help someone when they are having a panic attack, and also just different exercises and games to help with anxiety in general. I do not have a very high budget, but I would be willing to become partners with someone and split the profit if the app became popular.
