I need an iPhone app. I would like it designed and built. As you can see in the title, it's for jailbroken devices and it's main functionality is to fetch available cell towers for my network operator and select on of them manually and lock selection so iOS will not select any other cell based on signal strength or location. Same concept (but different implementation) can be found in another tweak(app) for jailbroken iOS which name is (Network Manager: lock data on 3g/lte ..etc) , so the coding is not impossible nor that difficult.
