Drag and drop files between collectionviews in specific manners.

1. There will be three collectionViews. One for books, one for chapters and last one for notes. 2. Books contains multiple chapters and Chapters contains multiple notes. 3. Drag and drop desirable are: a) Chapters need to draggable to Books. Once dragging finish chapter will be remove from collectionView2 and update datasources. Chapters are not draggable to notes collectionView3. b) Books are not draggable to chapters and notes but move within its collectionview1 means reordering books cells. c) Notes need to draggable to chapters visible and non visible. For non visible chapters that are contains by books: Note needs to be drag first to books then particular book will show chapters in collectionview2 will display chapters on these chapters note continuously drag to particular chapter to finish dragging. Once dragging finish note will be remove from collectionView3 and update datasources. Notes are draggable to books/collectionView1 for chapters and to chapters/collectionView2 to finish dragging. Notes are also able to move within its collectionView3 for reordering notes cell. 4) Organise code with maximum creating methods with parameters. 5) All code will be in swift latest version. No POD installation or Objective-C codes. More Details For Note Dragging: Drag note to the chapters that are on books. First note need to be dragged to the book and then chapter on that book will be appearing in collectionview2 and again note has be to dragged to chapter to finish dragging Note: Full milestone will be release on completion of project.
