Creating a custom app

I have a PDF which have around 30 pages and I have so many pdfs like this and I want to create a front and back cover for my pdf and want to publish in Amazon KDP so in app I just want to put my pdf and just enter the measurement of my cover and that app should automatically create front and back cover for my manuscript and that app I want to use for my purpose only
