Build me a small mobile gaming application

Basically I need a simple mobile app created where in red squares and blue squares spawn and fly up the screen. I need the user to click all the red squares but leave the blue squares. If a red square reaches the black line in the screen then the game is over and everytime the user clicks a blue square, a point is added. Please see the pictures provided.
