Hello, I have gone through your requirements, your app is rejected because you are using SMS permission without approval. Let me first tell you same warning faced by my previous client and we successfully implemented alternative solution for it, its look like they warn you before but you didn't do anything thats why they suspend your app. If your app is reading OTP from SMS then alternative for this is 'SMS Retriever API'.
