Create APP

Need an app that will identify a pattern and give a result.

an example would be:

to read tea leaves

after a person drinks tea- leaves are the remains in the bottom of a cup, if the person could take a picture of the tea leaves and send it to the app that would then decipher the photo and return a result that would tell your fortune

or could the app scan the cup of tea leaves and give a result?

another example would to scan a pattern on acient indian clothing and the app would return a result that would identify which tribe it belongs to
