iphone/ipad application - simple ''sports statistics tap database''

very simple ipad/iphone tap database app

it is needed for rugby (football) statistics - there are several existing apps that do this by player but we only want to track at the overall team level as tracking by player is too complicated for games as they are occurring

in the database we would be able to tailor and user-initiate the "elements" to keep statistics (by tapping on an iphone/ipad screen a green plus sign next to a red minus sign for getting rid of errors) on various stats

with master event (game) text fields data such as

date

opposition

grade playing

weather

etc

no problems with having an initial screen for setting the master data (eg date etc) then a second "data entry" screen for recording the stats themselves

if the app can track the time either elapsed game time or system clock time for each event entered that would be a nice feature

ability to email very simple reports of a dump of the stats - prettying up the stats would be done in excel etc and wouldnt be needed as an output of this application just a csv etc

the gui for the elements/events would need to fit on one screen

if easily able to be applied to android as well that would be great but not mandatory
