Two apps required (one for Android and one for Iphone, both actually have the same functions). If you are confident and have the ability to develop an app similar to whatsapp, you are welcomed to apply. Your skills should include uploading and downloading parameters via the server, using the uploaded parameters to build up a database, etc. Budget is around USD200-500. Early completion is expected.
