call application

we are looking for some programmer to develop a specific application with the following features :

- the ability of making calls.

- hide the screen when the call phone is dialed.

- retrieval of the list of called numbers from data base.

- full control from a web interface :

* make number list.

* click to make calls.

* choose provider (carrier) to call.

Each phone datebase should be seperated by mac address, country and carrier, as well we must be able to get number list by mac address.
