model building for a pharma company valuation (statistics model)

There are certain samples about pharma company valuation, i need you build a model that explain the relations between output and certain inputs. You may be required a strong statistic knowledge about regression models for explaining and forecasting and experienced in small sample modeling. So when you do the model, please divide the sample into two parts, one is for the regression, the other is for checking the model.
