Help promote Facebook Events page and bring engagement

Hi - i need help with someone who can come and manage my Facebook events page, bring people to come and join that page and ultimately bring Engagement. This event is based on Diwali contest which will run for next 2 weeks wherein people need to come, participate by clicking and sharing photos as status updates. Total gift prize is Rs. 10,000 around.
