Magento - Microsoft NAV2013 connector

We are looking for a connector between two Magento Community v1.7.x installations and NAV2013 using Pebblestone.
Connector must be able to sync the following from store 1:
From Magento to NAV - Customers, invoiced Orders, Credit memos
From NAV to Magento - Stock levels (needs to be able to sync on demand to two different stores), tracking numbers
Connector must be able to sync the following from store 1:

Stock updates should be triggered from either Magento or NAV, all other syncs should be done at regular intervals.
To clarify, we are not looking for someone to install an existing integration extension. We are looking for a freelancer to provide their own integration solution.
