Create an email server for my domain -- 3

I am looking for a freelancer to create an email server for my domain: freelancechain.io. The server will be running on a Linux machine. You will have access to an OVH Ubuntu VPS. You will also have access to the DNS records on Cloudflare.

As domain admin I should be able to use SMTP credentials from my domain and send emails with it (for example I should be able to auth with noreply @ [login to view URL] with a password from a desktop email client like outlook or thunderbird). Emails should never arrive in spams (test with gmail recipient), the sender should be authenticated and trusted.

The SMTP authentication needs to use TLS (fully encrypted) with a valid certificate signed by a trusted authority (can be an open-source service like let's encrypt). You will create a the certificate key pair and DKIM key pairs and set them up correctly. You should also set up DMARC, DKIM, SPF and domainkey correctly, as well as anything else that can help deliver emails properly. Bonus if you can add a TLSA record linked to the TLS certificate.

You should also include a small document explaining:

-How to make a snapshot of the exact state of the server, and deploy it on another VPS than OVH

-How to regenerate a new DKIM key pair and replace it

-How to regenerate a new TLS key pair and replace it

-How to change the domain that sends the emails and apply the changes
