Asterisk Configuration Expert

We need a set of Asterisk configuration files created for a custom PBX configuration.

The PBX will have the ability to restrict inbound and outbound calling by telephone number. Restrict the ability to make/receive calls by time of day. Store CDR data and record calls to wav file. Allow for multi-tenant configuration files. Be able to check a mysql database on inbound or outbound call to determine if the call can go through.

The deliverable for the the project is the complete set of Asterisk configuration files.
