The case description:
• I purchased a phone number from Twilio for use in my business in Israel.
• After a while I decided to leave Twilio for another company and porting the phone number i purchased, because Twilio does not have the feature I need for the business (song on hold).
• After correspondence of over two months with the support of Twilio, it was decided that the number could not be porting
• The number is my business and has a reputation for investing a lot of money and effort.

• I would like to know if there is a possibility of a lawsuit against Twilio in accordance with the USA media laws regarding the ownership of cell phone numbers and Twilio's TOS.
If there is a possibility of a lawsuit:
