A simple Python/C/C++ with a bit of Electronics

I need a Python or C/C++ program which will generate a random circuit consisting of resistors only, draw it in LaTeX and calculate the equivalent resistance. The circuits must be constructed similar to that ones from the attached picture. The program must be called from the command line and run in Bash.
Example of executing the program:
./program 100 100 1000 2000
In the above example, the program is supposed to generate a random circuit made of four resistors, these resistors must have a resistance value equal to 100, 100, 1000 and 2000.
