Node.js, ReactJS, MongoDB, Neo4j Website

I am a full-stack developer based in the USA and am looking for a talented hard-working developer to work for me for a company I have been a contractor for for 4 years. They have an old system that needs to be re-written and migrated to a new, modern system. This will ideally be a contract to have for many years, but I want someone who I can trust and who can keep up. My current plan is to write the new site in ReactJS for the consumer website (later re-write the apps in React-Native), host the admin on Forest Admin Panel, write the backend in node.js, and use a graph db alongside a document db (perhaps Neo4j and MongoDB). It is a website that essentially pulls local deals down from a third-party API and displays them as a white-labeled site for various different clients (as if it is their own site). Not too difficult, but the big thing is good reporting. So we want to use the graph database to be able to retrieve richer data. Anyway, the important thing here is I need someone with experience, hard work ethic, and wanting a steady contract for years to come.
