We can make the game using the game engine BuildBox which is JavaScript but sometimes easier because it also uses a nodes based programming for basic things and extends it with scripts you can write or modify in JavaScript, or use pure JavaScript. I have 5 years of experience using Game Engines like Unreal Engine, Unity3D, Godot and BuildBox for game development so it shouldn't be hard to be done in any of these engines.
