Adobe Acrobat DC Signature Javascript

I need piece written for Adobe Acrobat Pro DC.

I currently need to put my signature and a specified date to the top left of every page in a PDF document. I currently use a Stamp but have to do it for every single page and some of these reports can be 60-80 pages long.
