Write an Image processing AI algorithm

This project requires prior experience in Image processing / Image recognition / Image matching/ Pattern recognition The project involves processing of an image and creating a metadata on the basis of which that image can be matched with other images in the database. Example: An image with a woman wearing a black tank top should be matched to all images in the database which are related to a 'tank top'. Black tank tops would have a higher rank since the % of similarity is more etc. Mention 'IR_PR' as the first two letters in your proposal to ensure you have read the project description.
