1. HTML to PDF
Should accept HTML with CSS and Images + definition of header and footer as separate HTMLs and create PDF document.
Should support RTL and UTF-8 Hebrew.
Should support electronic stamping.
2. Excel to CSV
Should accept XLSX or XLS and provide CSV, with conversion to UTF-8 Hebrew.
3. CSV to Excel
Should accept CSV in UTF-8 Hebrew, and create XLSX
Should accept XLSX with styling and integrate the CSV rows.
Should be able to lock some of the columns for editing.
4. Word fields Merge
Should accept DOC or DOCX document with mail merge fields
Should accept XML with merge fields values
Should return merged DOCX or PDF
5. General:
5.1 The services can run on Java or .Net - please estimate how much to setup the environment.
5.2 We plan to run the services on Amazon web services and call them from [login to view URL] platform APEX classes.
Please estimate if you can wright the [login to view URL] APEX class to call the service using REST or WS APIs.
5.3 All services should be able to accept/return ZIP files.
5.4 All services should be able to receive the files in chunks.
5.5 Service "2. Excel to CSV" should be able to return the data of CSV in chunks of rows.
5.6 Only open source of free plugins should be used. If commercial licenses required for some components, please elaborate.
