Personal Information Appearing on Google

Hello there. I recently googled my name and saw results tarnishing my reputation made on a blog from a bitter ex girlfriend that appear on tumblr. I have already tried getting rid of the information through google's web removal service but no such luck. Posting this project to see if anyone has had any experience with this and has ways of bypassing/ getting it removed.
I live in the United States and I don't wish to get into a legal battle over this, I have no interest in contacting the individual, I just want my name not to show up at the top of google search with her slander and I'm aware that other countries have methods of removing slanderous information from appearing on google searches.
If anyone out there has any experience or knows what to do please bid on this, only bid if you understand what I'm talking about and know how to tackle it.
IMPORTANT:
1. Please don't bid if you have no clue about this or never done it before. I have already contacted the user and they've declined to remove the blog posts.
2. Please bid if you're proficient in English. I have had negative experiences with users who can't communicate their points well
