- you must be an experienced person in SEO.

-- Google guidelines must be followed and in no way should be compromised
-- Quality back links must relate to site topic on high quality relevant sites
-- No spam method(s) can be used
-- no junk profile building techniques are to be used
-- No use of automated software or bots
-- No links from under construction pages
-- No java links, jump scripts, framed pages, redirects, cloaking, CSS redirects, 301 redirects, dynamic links, flash sites/pages, hidden links, no string parameters, etc.
-- No link farms, traffic exchanges, link exchange programs or web rings
-- No paid traffic sites
-- No banned sites, porn, gambling, violent, illegal sites, etc.
-- No methods or techniques that will get the site banned, de-indexed or sandbox
-- Expert understanding of Google & Panda,penguin Updates and how to work with them
--you must be able to explain exactly what methods and SEO techniques you will use for my projects.
What I need done:
-- Need an experienced person in on and off page SEO to get my site ranked on 1st page of Google with 1-3 keywords within 3 months
-- Need QUALITY backlinks
Payment:
-- I will NOT pay until these results are fully achieved. If the project is successful, I may come to you for future projects.
-- If results are not achieved within 3 months, I will not pay until results are achieved.
-- I will pay early If results are achieved early, but Google ranking must not fall within those 3 months
