Email marketing

Hi,

I am interested in buying somewhat large fresh and active email lists, they must be from English-speaking countries (Australia, Canada, USA, and UK), and they preferably should belong to the category work from home, how to make money, and such categories. Here is a list of requirements:

1- Emails MUST be from English speaking countries.

2- Emails should be preferably from active, and email-reading categories.

3- Must provide a sample of at least 10% of the original size to be tested.

4- I need a sample of your emails

5- Must not require upfront payments.

4- I'll choose you and paid you after checking your samples

7- You must know that I'm interested in quality much over quantity.

8- Put your price per 100.000 email as your bid, if it's higher or lower than the range please mention that in the PM.

9- Email must be active, fresh, and rarely/never used.

10- If you can't do all requirements, you must mention that in the PM/bid.

11- I expect a high rate of email views (relatively).
