Pressure washing website revamp

Im really not impressed with the website i have now, i would like to get it created professionally so i can land more jobs.

-Im looking for someone who is patient and can speak well on the phone and is easy to talk to

-need someone who answers calls and keeps me updated on the process as we go.

-need to be able to have control of the website once finished so i can update numbers and photos on my own

-Im willing to pay well, i just need someone whos motivated and wants to work.
