We would like to use a ready made wordpress theme from Envato market to make a SIMPLE mobile compatible website. 1. The website must be mobile compatible and look good on a desktop, tablet or mobile. 2. We are a member of Envato Market. You must select and use a theme from there. We will pay for the purchase of the theme. 3. There must be social media links throughout the website for visitors to easily share links on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter. 4. We print and distribute a 8 page magazine every quarter. We want to showcase these magazines on the website. It should be in order from the latest issue at the top to the earliest issue at the bottom. We can supply the magazine in single page PDF files for you to upload. Please ensure the magazine can be viewed easily. View but NOT downloaded or copied (prevent people from right click on the magazine). 5. A Simple contact us for that allows people to contact us with a captcha security box. 6. A simple sign up form that can integrate with our MailChimp. We want people to be able to subscribe to mailing list so that we can send out the magazine via email as well. We have a mailchimp account already. 7. A list of our services - Graphic Design, Web Design, Consulting etc which will link to individual pages and more information for each service. Our budget is $100. We have plenty of other projects as well, once this is completed successfully. 8. We will provide all the images from Adobe Stock. 9. Your will provide a First draft within One Week - 16 June 2017. 10. Do not apply if you are going to make excuses about being sick, or that you have exams or the electricity doesn't work. Only apply if you can being the work right away and communicate professionally and honestly in English. If you do not reply to our messages you will not be considered. 11. We want a freelancer who is honest and someone who is NOT just interested in the milestone and money but interested in working with us in the long term. Treat the project like it is your own business. You are being paid for an outcome. Do not ask for early release of payment and 5 star reviews if you HAVE NOT completed the project. 12. Upload the theme first, then allow us 24 hours to provide you with all the content, then we will send across changes/approval. Once we are happy with the website we will release the milestone. 13.
