I use the wordpress Divi theme and want to be able to
Everything needs to be responsive.
- add an image with headline inside in it to my pages and blog posts.
- when you have the mouseover image it will appear an hover effect
- The image should be able to link to other page.
- Divi theme has not standard support for this, so its a custom work.
I reference to a site exactly like it should appear.
