Make a github repository for me

I have high speed internet connection and some spare time to do this for you. If you wish, I can also set up a small FTP account to upload the file to - it would be useful if your internet connection is unreliable, as FTP protocol supports resume so you would be able to continue transferring the file to me from where it was interrupted, if that happens.

I'm a senior developer from the UK, I can do this for you. I'm new to freealancer but have years of experience using github and other VCS's.

I am new to freelancer and trying to establish my skillset here. I am willing to do this project for the quoted price. I have good experience in system administering and hosted many private GIT repositories for our company. If you do not have a private account, I can help me create a public repository, add me as one of the collaborator and upload the document in the repository.
