Graphic Designer for E-commerce business

Hi,
We need a graphic designer for our e-commerce business. This person must be Marketing oriented and have experience creating compelling visuals for advertising, designing high converting landing pages and websites, designing marketing e-mails. Expertise in video editing is a plus.
The tasks required will be broad. This person will do any graphic related to our website:
- Design Ads Images, Banners
- Design Landing Pages and websites
- Design e-mail newsletters (banners and key visuals in text)
(- Creating/Editing videos for advertising purpose)
