Design the homepage for a conference hotsite

I need a designer to design the index/home page of a simple hotsite for a conference. I already know the items that must be inserted in the homepage, but the designer is free to create the mockup as he or she wants.
The website will be in portuguese, so I'll ask that some of the information is inserted already in portuguese so we can have an idea of what it will look like. But don't worry, all the information I want in portuguese I'll put between quotation marks and I'll explain in english to make it easier for the designer.
As soon as the freelancer is hired, I'll provide all the information the freelancer needs to do the job, along with the logo. I´ll also be available to answer all questions, if needed.
