Cut out letter in photoshop

Hi,
I need someone to help me cut out letters in photoshop, and I have 4 sheets full of letters that need to be cut out, I have uploaded an image called 1sheet, you may look at it to see what I mean.
An example of how to cut them out and what it should look like is in the "Example" image. So I want the letter cut out with the letters background, not the white background, just the letters background.
The letters need to be SEPARATE layers named after the letters, so Y would be Y, Y2, Y3, etc. since there are multiple letters. And each needs to be separate layers, and then when you are done each layer (letter) should be exported into .tiff format separately.
And when thoroughly done put it into a .zip folder.
