Creative Construction T-Shirt Design

I'm seeking an innovative graphic designer to create a captivating design for our construction-themed T-shirts. The design's main elements should represent the construction industry, and more specifically, a reach lift.
Key Details & Expectations:
- The design will primarily be used for T-shirt printing, so it must be stylish yet clearly representative of the industry and the element - a reach lift.
- The desired color scheme for the shirts is black and yellow, resembling common construction colors. However, the design should also be versatile enough to look good on other color shirts.
- Nature, sports, or abstract influences can be incorporated into the design, as long as the primary theme - construction, is well-portrayed.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Proficient in using Adobe Illustrator or any similar graphic design software.
- Experience in T-shirt design is highly appreciated.
- Strong understanding of color theory, especially with regards to black and yellow color harmony.
- Demonstrated ability to create designs that are complex yet easy to interpret visually.
- Ability to work under a deadline, as the project timeline is strict.

I just want a cartoon version of this picture. The shirt will be a highlighter yellow for safety. Mostly want to focus on the machine, tarp under machine, the house, the guys, the pallets of tile. Have the guys wearing the hard hats, carrying the tile up the roof, have there safety shirts on, boots, pants.
