Create website for Travel Agency

I need to create a website for my startup travel agency launch that is specializing in extreme sports. We will have two client sectors covered: tourists (with no extreme sport experience) & professional athletes (who have extreme sport license/certifications) that want to go on a trip and do something "wild". Website will feature company's overview, offers, contact & booking forms. I do have some blurred/general vision of what the website should look like in terms of sections, content, features, but I need somebody to process all of this and create a clean/functioning and visually attention-catching website. What I look for: clean outlines & minimalistic, yet bold design, parallax image/video support, icons/buttons when summarizing options of accommodations (or what's included in offer), easy navigation. I would like the user to be attracted to the key info & get inspired by the offered opportunities (packages) and not get distracted with the "too much" of irrelevant details while he is browsing the offers. Ideally, I would want the website to be running on Wordpress, so I could manage it myself in the very beginning and minimize the costs ( I expect in first months of operations a lot of changes of content, offers, prices, image upload, etc.)... Nevertheless, I want to emphasize that in case of successful partnership and cooperation, I am looking forward to offer the part-time position to the developer for maintenance and administration of the website once the business is launched & running smooth (cca around summer 2019).
