Convert a Template to a Website

I require a website for a dental practice. I have a Wordpress template in mind that I like, but it requires minor modification. For example, I need the colour scheme changed; I need to add social media options – I require Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and Google+ links; and a few minor layout modifications.
I have written all of the content (roughly 30 pages) and highlighted in the document which of the pages are to be linked. Additionally, I have put together a rough design guide of what I want it to be modeled on. So this should be a simple case of uploading everything onto the modified template. It will also need to be imported to our hosting server once complete. We currently have a website in use, that we want to remain active right up until the new one goes live. The current website will then need to be made inactive and replaced with the new one.
I would like to use original images, however, as I would like this to go live ASAP (ideally within 2 weeks of start date), I would like to use stock photos initially and be able to change the stock photos out when I have the original photos available.
