Build a Website using another website as a template

Please read the full scope before you bid. There is a password at the bottom of this description that I ask you to include in your bid. I will only consider bids with this password included.
1. I currently have a website at www.acqueline.com.au. I want this website to appear more like this website, [url removed, login to view]
I want the following created:
- a landing page using a stock image that I will provide, a vision statement and a logo which I will provide
- a current investments page showing something like this page: [url removed, login to view] and with a link to a pdf
- a current developments page that appears similar to this: [url removed, login to view]
- a portfolio page similar to this: [url removed, login to view] which will display the projects found in [url removed, login to view] and if clicked, a new page will appear showing something similar to what occurs in [url removed, login to view] if you click on a project
- a team page with photos and short paragraph on two staff which will be provided
- a careers page with a page similar to this: [url removed, login to view] but with the ability to add a position title and brief description with a link to a page showing a longer position description
- a contact page with map of location
I prefer a wordpress template that is easy to update and quick to load
2. I want an email template that links to the website that I can use to promote the current investment shown on the website (the page that looks like this: [url removed, login to view] ) I use gmail so I want something that looks nice, is professional and will show off our latest investment opportunity
3. I would like it done quickly, within the next few days if possible
4. I would like some follow up support. I will give you a broad outline but I want you to design the site using your design skills. Undoubtedly, because of this freedom and my lack of skills in customising web pages, I will not like everything you create. Please keep in mind when you bid that I do want some follow up service before I release the final payment.
5. I want the website 'feel' to be professional and modern.
Please include the password "RANGERS" in your bid or I will ignore your bid..
