Build me a website for property management application

I need a website to be created which will post ads on posting available properties in Visakhapatnam, along with pictures, 3d video content(video content should be a private video, for members they view the video, also enable an interactive communicative system between landlord and buyer (should be capable of recording the whole video, and process it with negotiations, if the landlord/seller wants to renegotiate make the video with comments enabled, add benefits of uploading a small video/audio file to communicate between landlord and seller. Please send me the POC with static pages, and few navigations etc., I need the site to be developed on spring boot, java, messaging with rabbit mq, cos, cloud enabled solution with docker and docker swarm, ELK stack. Please quote the cost in reply email. Payment will be in Rupees. I need a catchy caption, logo design (take your own logo until I accept your POC you can choose any dummy content, email to vuda, grievance links, click to call, click to chat, chatbot, api.ai. Tools/Technologies: Flat QL (Sparql, Semantec Web Technologies, Solr (search facility), Java, Spring, Angular JS/Node/React, SPA application. Facility to filter, sort and add to favourite. Any further ideas are welcome.
