PC and Mobile responsive website needed. It needs to be customized for these 3 categories.

there are 3 categories of users.

1. Buyers

2. Sellers

3. Admins

Buyers can post job requests of where they want a service.

Sellers can view nearby job requests, interact with buyers and tell their estimate for price.

Buyers can finalize the sellers from multiple options and pay for their service.

Admins can add/remove customers and technicians.

Required Features -

1. Online payment option with debit card, mobile banking, paytm.

2. Voice chat and text chat with image sharing included.
