Bids based on this spec must be final.
AS A BUYER
-can look for the seller contact info without being registered
-Register/Login
-Complete their profile
-Manage their Account
-Search on the basis of region and filter as per category, price
-look at the phone contact info of an ad on telephone button.
-Message to the seller (on their the buyer home page and mail)
-Like the product and put them on their favourite list for registered users.
If like a product unregister, redirect to register/ login page.
-Share on social network (facebook, twitter)
AS A SELLER
-Post ad as individual or professional.
(on the post an adds pages, photos can be added either on clicking on the + icon then search it through the browser form OR by drag and drop)
-Complete the description of the ad (same info as the original)
-should be able to pin the location on a map, or input a post code.
-Validate the ads through a mail sent to the mail adress
-Check the views of the ad on their profil space
-Manage their Ads
-Post premium Ads (appears first or on a side banner)
As an admin :
Being able to manage user account and users adds (validate, unvalidate, delete, edit, create, add credits, suppress credits) the design here is free
Search option :
From home page first by location
-> clickable SVG map of japan with its prefecture ( I can provide it to you).
->list of category of the website below the map (same as original website)
->add a button around me to be allowed to see all the ads in 1 Km circle.
Once the region selected, see the most recent object put as ads.
Allow to filter on the category, city, individual, professional.
Allow to order by date and price.
Paid option :
-Add more photos on creating an ad (2 free photos included).
-Put the ad on the side banner of the research result.
-make the ad on the top of the research.
-put a logo urgent on ad on the research result.
-Payment page with paypal method.
Buy credit allow to pay paid option (see above).
website should be
-User friendly UI/UX, idealy same as original
-All the form data should have the same data as le original website.
-Responsive Design – Mobile phone responsive.
-Multi lingual (switch button on the top of the website) Label and language customisable.
-This code should be commented so it will allow to better upgrade and maintenance.
-Finally, it should implement a CMS like Wordpress.
