Flash intro needed

Hi, we are a young Dutch company and we need a GOOD flash intro for our website which will be 30 seconds. We are specialised in search engine positioning and just started. Our website is [login to view URL] .
What we need:
- flash intro while our website loads. When intro is finished, the flash intro disappears into our image on the homepage which is 760x163 pixels and should see some moving parts and words that are given by us.
- it needs to take 30 secs with a preloader
- images of looking in search engines, top positions, digital 010101 animation, just funky stuff.
- intro should be in Dutch and English language chooser.
Maybe you know [login to view URL] and the space travel part in their website is also cool to have someting in that for our intro.

We need people who are experts on flash design and a good portfolio to convince us is essential ;-)
