323638 Need simple flash banner

We need a very simple flash banner. We already have the design made in photoshop with all layers and just need it functional in flash. We need it to look and function in a very similar fashion to this one ([url removed, login to view]). Please review and bid, I would like to see your work to be able to select the best bidder. It needs to be a very light .swf file and not to big so it does not take to long to load.
