Animated Weather SWF Flash Files Needed

We are in need of animated weather swf files. The files should have a transparent background with the weather icons fitting within a 400x400 pixel box. The animation sequence should last 20 seconds for each file. The weather conditions we need to represent are rain, sunny, partly cloudy, cloudy, thunderstorms, snow, partly cloudy with chance of rain.
I have attached a cloud and rain which you may use in developing an example file or you may use/create your own weather images for creating the animations. Please provide 1 example file in your response and I will award creation of the rest of the animations in addition to potentially other work.
