Simple stock inventory management system

Hi There, we are a start-up company in the Pharma industry with business focus on medical product distribution, we need a "stock inventory management system ", to manage and monitor product traffic (product in and out) including the dashboard and reporting system. we need a dashboard with the information below: 1. product profile: type of product, size, production batch number, expired date, price, discount, qty, etc. 2. list of supplier 3. list of buyer 4. incoming date/outgoing date 5. notification: product expired date (2 months in prior) 6. notification: account payable, account receivable others: 1. invoice and delivery order paper can be filled from the data 2. it can be made by any software, as long as it can be downloaded to excel/pdf 3. warehouse info for each product 4. up to 10 users thanks
