Script to automate macro

I need a script to launch an Excel Macro every X seconds within a specific workbook. Please don't bid if: You are not sure how to handle the constraints listed below, You don't explain the basics of how you intend to build the script in your offer. The script must ensure that the following constraints are met: -Excel must be usable between each launch of the macro. The sheet should be editable between each launch. That is why I don't think about using VBA. -Excel must not necessarily be the active window for the macro launched to work: the script should manage to launch the macro every X seconds without requiring to make Excel the active application if it is not.
