Quick vowel sorter spreadsheet macro

I have lists of words that need to be combined into single lists, based on the vowel sound in the beginning. See attached image for the way the spreadsheet looks. Essentially, I need a macro that will allow me to enter the columns I want to have copied and combined into 2 lists, one with the words that begin with consonant sounds, and another with words that begin with vowel sounds. To do this, the macro will simply start by sorting all of the words that begin with A, E, I, or U into column C of sheet 3 and all other words into sheet B, BUT there will be a list of exceptions on the second sheet, with words such as "Europe," which begin with an E, but begin with a consonant sound, so they will be treated as consonants, and put in column B.
