Are you a creative, visual designer? Do you have interaction design or instructional design experience? Are you curious about applying these skills on a decision-making app that helps people gain confidence with their spending choices? If so, you will love Decision Fish. We have mapped out a basic layout and user flow, and we have a fun character to guide users.
You will build on existing interactions to dynamically integrate our character into the product design via cohesive visual branding, animation, social interaction, gamification and personality. We like how apps like Duolingo, Textio use a friendly character to greet and encourage users through series of learning and decision-making tasks, while building knowledge and resilience. And we love how games like PlaySpent integrate story and learning. With your help, Decision Fish will bring confidence to people as they make their most important life decisions.
We are seeking a freelance visual interaction designer to join our team.
REQUIREMENTS:
Visual and interaction design experience.
Effective visual communication skills.
Experience with Visio, Omnigraffle, Sketch, Balsamiq, UXPin, InVision, Axure, Adobe XD, Justinmind or similar prototyping and wireframing tools.
Interest in and understanding of behavioral economics, psychology and social impact is preferred, as well as a playful design style.
