Re-defining an Established Online Business

I need an exceptional assistant/co-worker for an upcoming project starting officially 28 April, but which may require some preparation work before this date as well. The project will run over a total of 12 weeks and will involve a number of different phases. Key activities are: 1. StrategicBusiness Review: What works well and what doesn't. Recommended action steps. 2. Conduct market research including a comprehensive competitor analysis 3. Writing a Business Plan for a high profile online business 4. Prepare presentations for different management committees Your role is likely to get involved with all of the above, and could include: a) Excel analysis and presentation (and data gathering/entry) b) Write sections of business plan c) Prepare sections of presentations based on guidelines/notes d) Transcribe meeting minutes and/or written notes Experience with online businesses (ecommerce, online directories, daily deals, online classifieds etc.) would be a big plus, but is not a requirement. Good communication skills are essential in this project. The exact scope will be discussed more in detail once the project has been awarded, and shortlisted candidates will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement. Total duration of your involvement is likely to be the entire project period (12 weeks). The hours of work required could be increased compared to the listed estimate (up to 20 hours per week) in certain project periods - to be agreed along the way.
