Help with Android Programming

I need instructions to install Eclipse Helios and the Android SDk on a windows xp machine. I have tried it but it gives me different errors, i need step by step instructions on how to do this, where to save each file etc. I have followed this tutorial, and it gives me errors, i need to complete this tutorial until the end [login to view URL]

I get this error, when i try to run the Android SDK "HTTPS SSL error. You might want to force download through HTTP in the settings"
